On the bottom of the Stein: Ted Williams, "The Splendid Splinter" The last 400 hitter, "the greatest hitter who ever lived." Batting Average, Season High 1940 ---- .406. Top of Lid has: Ted Williams within a number 9 in raised lettering. On the lid's very tip for opening the letter B. Around the lid it has: A baseball of All Star Sluggers and 5 raised stars. On the handle it has: 11 stars in a circle and the words in red, The All Star Sluggers Collection and signed Ted Williams. Around the top of the stein there are 21 raised stars, a trim of red. Within the stein's body on one side, it has a picture of Ted Williams with a bat in swinging position, background of the fans in the stands, a ball within a diamond shape a letter B at top right corner and what looks to be red socks in the left top right corner, a B at bottom left corner and the red socks at bottom right corner of picture. Top and bottom of the picture has 7 raised stars. The very front of the Stein has a red number 9, Boston Red Sox within a red outlined circle and within the circle is the picture of a baseball with red socks within that, right underneath that picture is a picture of a baseball with Ted Williams name in the center and underneath that is a raised design of baseball bats in a crossed design and with that is a baseball cap and a baseball mitt On the other side of the Stein is a picture of Ted Williams within a diamond shape, red background and Mr. Williams is holding his bat, his signature is also within the diamond shape, going from one arm to the other. There are also 7 raised stars above and below the picture, the same letter B and red socks at top of corners as the other side of the Stein. Around the very bottom diameter of the Stein there's raised stars total of 26. The Stein measures with the lid closed: 8 and 1/2 inches to tallest point. Open the Stein measures 7 inches, and has a top diameter of 3 and 1/4 iches, a bottom diameter of 4 inches.
