Collectible Treasures Antique and Collectibles Offer's
The Following Lay-A-Way Term's For Our Customer's
Who Would Like To Use This Option For Their Purchase.
Please Read The Following Term's of Our Lay-A-Way
Policy...
Item's Over $ 100.00 May Be Purchased on Lay-A-Way.
UPDATED: Payment Schedule As Follows:
Total Purchase Price Down Payment Payments
$100.00 Up To $300.00 50% Down Balance Divided
Into Two (2) Equal Pymts
$300.00 Up To $ 600.00 50 % Down Balance Divided
Into Three (3) Equal Pymts
All Over $ 600.00 50 % Down Balance Divided
Into Four (4) Equal Pymts
All Lay-A-Ways Are To Be Fully Paid Within A Four
(4) Month Period, And Will ONLY Be Kept In Lay-A-Way
As Long As Regular Monthly Payments Are Received
Till Paid In Full. Lay-A-Way Term Begins Upon Receipt
of The Down Payment Required.
Should This Agreement Be Terminated At Any Time After
The Item Is Placed In Lay-A-Way, The Item Will Be Placed
Back Into Inventory For Sale.
There Is No REFUND of Any Amount, Including The Down
Payment If The Lay-A-Way Is Terminated Before
Completion of Terms. All Items That Are Placed In
Lay-A-Way Is Held By Collectible Treasures Antique and
Collectibles Until Paid In Full..
This Lay-A-Way Agreement Will Be Considered Cancelled
If No Payment Is Received Within A 5 Day Period of The
Date of Month The Item Is Placed In Lay-A-Way, Each
and Every Month Till Paid In Full. It Is The Customer's
Responsibility To Ensure Payments Are Recieved
By Collectible Treasures Antique and Collectibles On A
Timely Schedule Every Month. Collectible Treasures
Antique and Collectibles Does Not Send Email
Notification of Due Date of Lay-A-Way Payments.
Only One Email Will Be Sent After The Initial Lay-A-Way
Agreement Is Made, And That Will Be To Notify You of the
terms of payment and months due. It Is The Customer's
Responsibility To Ensure That Collectible Treasures
Antique and Collectibles Has A Complete And
Accurate Email Address For Contacting Them Concerning
Their Lay-A-Way.
Email Notification Will Be Sent To You Upon Completion
of Terms, When Item (s) Are Paid For Fully, of The Shipment
of Your Item To You.
Insurance for Your Items Shipment Is Required By
Collectible Treasures Antique and Collectibles. Collectible
Treasures Antique and Collectibles Will Not Be Responsible
For Any Item Lost or Damaged In Shipment To The
Customer.
Payments Can Be Made By Cashier Check's and Money
Order's Only or by PayPal's Secure Online Payment
Service for items which are placed in lay-a-way.
